How to Stay in Touch with Us
Partner Doreen Hamburger (left) hosted a Literary Luncheon featuring author Maile Meloy.The Libraries' Giving Web site at partners.lib.uci.edu is a great resource for staying in touch with the Libraries and the exciting events and activities held throughout the year. You may also sign-up for our email list to receive notifications about upcoming events and activities.
Fundraising Report
Private support for the Partner's program helps ensure the excellence of the Libraries as a critical intellectual and cultural resource for the campus and our community. Our goal this year is to raise $100,000 in annual giving support and we hope you will help us meet our goal!
- Direct Mail Campaign – thank you to those who responded to our end of the year appeal. To date, over $20,000 in unrestricted support has been raised for improving library collections, services, and programs!
- Telephone Campaign – the telephone campaign was launched in February and will continue to build momentum through the end of May. If you receive a phone call from our enthusiastic student callers please take a few minutes to talk to them and consider making a gift to this year's campaign.
The Libraries' telephone campaign is one of the most successful on the UCI campus. Over 50% of our annual donors are parents of current and former UCI students!
